Creating a food & beverage social media strategy and training staff.

The Problem

Houndstooth Coffee is an upscale café chain in Texas serving high-end coffee and food. They have a loyal following and many customers post about them on social media, but Houndstooth was unsure how best to capitalize on this support.

The solution

Daxia created a detailed social media strategy document for employees to follow, including content themes, hashtag research, platform advice, posting cadence, and asset guidance. We also conducted an analysis of Houndstooth’s major competitors.

To aid employees in implementing this strategy, Daxia also designed the Houndstooth Coffee Social Media Training Manual, which teaches employees how to write and schedule posts, how to conduct community management, what numbers to analyze in reports, and a step-by-step workflow for managing a hospitality social media program.
