Increase awareness of issues affecting Chinese Americans
The Problem
Committee of 100, a prestigious non-partisan leadership organization of prominent Chinese Americans, faced a challenge in reinvigorating interest in its mission.
The new leadership recognized the need to increase awareness of issues affecting Chinese Americans and to engage a broader audience.
They conducted a groundbreaking survey through Columbia University, the largest of its kind, focusing on the experiences of Chinese Americans in the United States. However, they needed an effective strategy to disseminate this valuable information and leverage it to promote their upcoming events and initiatives.
The solution
Committee of 100 came to us with three goals:
- Drive interest and attendance for a conference and gala celebrating Asian Heritage month.
- Promote the Columbia University survey results to raise awareness of issues facing Chinese Americans.
- Highlight a panel discussion featuring prominent Asian Americans to delve deeper into the survey findings and broader related issues.
Daxia Digital developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that utilized both paid and organic social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
The RESULT
Our efforts yielded significant results across multiple platforms:
- +48% LinkedIn impressions, +109% engagements, and +42% engagement rate.
- +109% X/Twitter engagements and +200% link click
- +1,707% Instagram accounts reached and +880% accounts engaged.
Scope of work.
- Digital strategy
- Organic social media
- Paid social media
- Asset development
- Community management
- Reporting and analysis
The phrase I have for the team at Daxia Digital is “social media gurus.” When it comes to understanding how to develop messages for social media and more importantly, how to measure the impact of those messages and course correct where needed, there may not be a better agency partner to have. As a nonprofit, my budget constraints are expected and Daxia delivered maximum reach, use, and impact for our work together. In the age of public reviews, Daxia Digital gets the 5-star rating.
