MerchantWords, the first search optimization software for Amazon sellers, needed to expand beyond the startup phase, but were resource-limited.

THE SOLUTION
For five years, Daxia was MerchantWords’ entire marketing team, creating social media posts, email flows, website content, and ad campaigns on every platform. We conducted offsite strategy sessions, advised on new pricing structures and product rollouts, and managed messaging and outreach. We also handled all email marketing, including robust multi-stage drip campaigns.
We helped MerchantWords develop a corporate blog that regularly drove a high volume of website traffic, established a Brand
Book, and led product marketing for several new products.
