In 2012, I was asked to rebrand a horse show series to make them stand out from other shows in the area. Since the entry fees were the same across all venues, we needed other ways to attract competitors.
I strategized incentive ideas with shoe management, including a loyalty program, volume discounts, premium gift bags, sale horse classes and rebranded collateral.
I created new show premium cover, labels for gift bags, loyalty program card and candy bar wrappers. The result was a huge increase in entries across the year, with most shows being full at a time when competitors were struggling.
